Your inspection report is written using plain everyday English without all the “construction jargon”. The report is a comprehensive report with detailed descriptions which are clear, thorough, concise, easy-to-read and organized so you can find the information you need quickly. Many clients use the “Summary Page as a “Punch List”. The new formatting breaks down my findings into 3 main sections: Safety/Repair (items that may be used in negotiations), Maintenance/FYI (which is primarily a “honey-do” list), and Education/Information. Most reports include digital photos to help explain things (especially useful for out-of-town buyers). Each individual report is the property of the specific client and it is up to them who they share the information with. The report will be available online for at least 30 days and up to 90 days after the inspection.
Full payment is required BEFORE the report will be released unless prior payment arrangements have been authorized in advance of service.
